Our baking days are from Wednesday to Saturday. All our mochi muffins and cupcakes are freshly baked everyday.



Are your baked goods halal?

We are not a halal-certified establishment, but we are muslim-owned. No pork and alcohol is present in our bakes.



Are your baked goods dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan?

All our bakes are gluten-free.

Our mochi muffins are also dairy-free, with vegan option.

Our mochi cupcakes are not dairy-free. Vegan option is unfortunately not available.



How long can I keep the bakes I have purchased and how should I store them?

We have included care information in each of the product descriptions including information on how best to reheat your bakes.



How do I order?
Due to the nature of being a home-based bakery, slots are limited and sell out fast. Orders are available by pre-order basis. Slots will be released every Sunday at 12pm for the following week till sold out.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, a minimum order of $30 (exclusive of delivery) is required.

I've made a mistake with my order details. Can I amend it?
If you have made a mistake in keying in some or part of your order, billing or delivery details, you may send us an email at tiky@tikymochimuffin.com with your order number and information on the order details to be corrected.

However, all submissions are final, hence, no changes of order or delivery address will be entertained.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are final and strictly no cancellations are allowed.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?
All our boxes are hand wrapped with a ribbon and flower of the day; be assured that they look lovely to present as gifts.

How can I leave a gift message?
You can leave a gift message at the ‘Order Comments’ section during the check out process.

Do you offer bulk/corporate orders?

Where is the self-pickup location?
We are located at 35 Upper East Coast Road. Self-pickup is only available from 2pm onwards. There are no charges. 



What do you charge for delivery?

Standard Delivery – $6 flat rate islandwide except remote/restricted areas

Delivery Time - Guaranteed delivery between 2pm - 7pm

Restricted Delivery Locations – additional surcharge of $5
These include Changi Airport Terminals, airport cargo companies, airline roads and vicinity, Singapore Armed Forces camps, naval bases, Republic of Singapore Air Force bases, prisons, shipyards, Jurong Island and Seletar Aerospace.

Remote Delivery Locations – additional surcharge of $5
These include Sentosa Island, Tuas, crematorium and columbarium.



I need to get my order delivered at a specific time.

We are currently unable to accommodate deliveries at a specific time. Hence, you may arrange for a delivery service at your own expense. Please email us at tiky@tikymochimuffin.com if you’d like to do so, before placing an order.



Can I opt for contactless delivery?
Yes, you can! Just tick the check box at check out to indicate that you would like for your order to be a contactless delivery. However, do make sure that we will be able to access your doorstep so we can leave your order in a safe place.



How will I know if my order has been delivered?
A delivery confirmation will be emailed to you on the day of delivery as soon as your order has been delivered.



I am ordering cupcakes to be delivered to a friend and am confused as to where I should enter his/her delivery address.
You may use your information under 'Billing' and your recipient's information under 'Delivery'. Do note that we will indicate that the order is from the name indicated under 'Billing' information unless requested otherwise.



The recipient of my order isn’t at home. What should I do?
The recipient has a 15 minute grace period to accept their delivery. We try our best to accommodate same day re-deliveries, however, this is subject to the availability of our delivery schedule and additional delivery charges will apply. Do give the recipient a heads up on the day of delivery so as to avoid delivery issues.
